Messages may concern an inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, arrangements for pet cremation or memorial services, and customer support. The consent checkbox on our contact form covers non-marketing messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
2. Cancellation Instructions. You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you. You may receive one final message confirming your request.
